I'm Richard Freppoli, Head of Recruitment at AiGamingRecruitment. I've spent years in iGaming recruitment, and I'm genuinely obsessed with AI, data and automation. This is where those two worlds meet.

Two worlds, one focus.
I started AiGamingRecruitment because the market had a gap I kept falling into. I've spent years recruiting across the iGaming industry, but somewhere along the way I became genuinely obsessed with AI, data and automation, the very technology now reshaping the companies I recruit for.
That combination turned out to be the whole point. Most recruiters working on AI roles can't tell a strong machine learning engineer from someone who has only read about it. I can, because I live in this world. I build with large language models every day, I automate the mundane with n8n, I'm comfortable in code, and I think in data and pipelines.
So when I brief a role or talk to a candidate, I'm not keyword-matching a CV. I understand the work, the models, the stack, the trade-offs, and how AI really gets used inside a live, regulated iGaming product. That is what AiGamingRecruitment is: a specialist agency for AI and data talent in iGaming, run by someone who genuinely speaks both languages.
