What does it cost to hire through you?
A simple, flat 12.5% placement fee, backed by our 100% refund or replacement guarantee. No retainers and no hidden costs.
How does the guarantee work?
If your new hire leaves within the first three months, you receive a full refund of your fee, or we place another qualified candidate at no extra cost.
What kind of AI roles do you recruit for?
Machine learning engineering, data science, data engineering, MLOps, AI product, personalisation and CRM AI, fraud and risk AI, generative AI, and AI leadership, all within iGaming.
Which locations do you cover?
We are based in Gibraltar and recruit across Malta, Cyprus, the UK and fully remote roles throughout Europe.

Through a focused, specialist network of active and passive AI and data professionals. We brief and screen properly, so you get a tight shortlist of people who can genuinely do the job, not a stack of CVs.
Do you handle senior or confidential searches?
Yes. We run discreet executive searches for leadership roles such as Head of AI, CDO and VP of Machine Learning, and can manage sensitive replacements quietly.

Always. There is never any charge to candidates, our fees are paid by the companies hiring.
Will my job search stay confidential?
Yes. We never share your details with anyone without your explicit permission, and senior searches are handled with complete discretion.
Do you have remote AI roles?
Yes, plenty. A large and growing share of the roles we work on are remote-first or hybrid, open across Europe.
What if I'm not actively looking?
That's fine, a lot of the best people aren't. We're happy to have a confidential chat and only bring you genuinely worthwhile roles, on your terms.
Do you help with relocation?
Yes. For roles in Malta, Gibraltar or Cyprus we'll talk you through the practical side, tax, cost of living and what life there is really like.
